Abstract :Bu derleme biyoseramik kök kanal patlarının sınıflandırılmasını, akıcılığını, antimikrobiyal özelliğini, radyoopasitesini, çözünürlüğünü, sertleşmesini, apikal sızıntısını, biyouyumluluğunu ve tıkama özelliğini yapılan çalışmalar ışığında sunulmaktadır. Bu derlemeye göre, biyoseramikler, kök kanal sisteminden sökülme zorluğu nedeniyle, tekrarlayan kök kanal tedavi başarısını etkileyebilse de, geleneksel kök kanal patlarına alternatif bir pat olarak görülmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Biyoseramik kanal patı, derleme BIOCERAMIC BASED ROOT CANAL SEALERS: REVIEW ABSTRACT The review addressed the classifications, flow, antimicrobial, radyoopasite, solubility, setting, apical leakage, biocompatibility, and sealing ability of bioceramic root canal sealer. According to this review, bioceramic sealer can effect the success of the root canal retreatment in order to hard to remove from the root canal system which appears to be an alternative to conventional sealers in canals.
