Abstract :Companies tend to use their labor force more effectively and balanced with the effect of increasing labor costs. Companies want to use their personnel as efficiently as possible to minimize costs. Ergonomics is a crucial method proposed to increase the productivity of employees. Therefore, ergonomically regulating the working conditions of workers is more than a necessity for companies. The problem of assigning workers to the tasks is defined as ergonomic personnel scheduling problems according to the objectives such as reducing the ergonomic risk of the worker, reducing the cycle time, and considering the technological constraints of the tasks. In this study, the ergonomic personnel scheduling problem for a medium voltage fuse manufacturing company is discussed. According to the firm`s data, it is aimed to balance the ergonomic risks of the workers. REBA method was used to measure the ergonomic risks of tasks, and the goal programming method was used to solve the problem. With the proposed model, in addition to more effective and efficient use of the firm`s workforce, ergonomic personnel scheduling has ensured that the ergonomic risks of the tasks assigned to the workers are as equal as possible
