Abstract :In this paper, we introduce a new class of operators by using s-numbers and the sequence space Zinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(u; v; `p); for 1 < p < 1. We prove that this class is a quasi-Banach operator ideal. Also, we give some properties of the quasi-Banach operator ideal. Lastly, we establish some inclusion relations among the operator ideals formed by di erent s-number sequences.
