Abstract :Besicilikte farklı sütten kesme metotlarının hangisinin daha etkili olduğunu ve bu metotların danalar üzerinde nasıl bir etki bıraktığını tespit etmek için farklı zamanlarda birçok çalışma yapılmış ve farklı sütten kesme metotları uygulanmıştır. Derlememizde farklı sütten kesme metotlarının hangisinin daha rantabl olduğu ve neden tercih edildiği irdelenmiştir.
