Abstract :Introduction. Partial Integral Equations arise in the Quantum Theory of Fields [1], in some problems of building Mechanics [2], in some questions of technique, namely, problem of stability of rotor [3] and in the investigations of spectral properties, particularly, bounded states of many particle operators which appear in Quantum Mechanics, Solid Physics [4].
