Abstract :The balanced structure of gaseous and condensed phases, which were formed in CO – H2O system was calculated in this clause. The chemistry of conversion of CO gas with water pairs of water based fuel was revealed and the conclusion about the formation of CO gas on HCOOH bases was made. Then CO gas turns to COgas with the help of hydroxyl and peroxide OH and HO2radicals
