Abstract :Established, that pathogenic kinds of leptospirosis are better adapted in the conditions. PH-sphere of open reservoir, whereas its saprofhytic kinds are considerably worse adapt in PH-sphere, created in the conditions in Vitro. In their adaptation temperature wave, in comparative with changts in factors of PH-sphere are less considerable. Adaptation probability of protozoa in alkalescent reservoir sphere is problematically. Cultures of leptotrixes, as intended for us, may be used as antagonists for abolition in reservoirs the pathogenic leptospirosis
