Abstract :The purpose of this study was to determine the quality and adulteration of the honey produced in Kyrgyzstan using express analytical methods. Research was conducted in the Department of Food Engineering of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. The article also provides a comparison of international and national standards applied to the quality of honey
