Abstract :There have been researched biogenetic elements in nine dried fruits, which were taken from different regions in Kyrghyzstan. There have been found nineteen biogenetic elements from thirty possible. K, Ca, P, Na, Fe are more influential among rest biogenetic elements, which were analysed. There were also researched organic acids and pH-factors of this samples
