Abstract :Leydig cell tumors are usually benign in nature, originating from testicular mesenchyme. Endocrinologic manifestations may precede the tumoral mass. Since there are no clear cut differences between the histopathologic appearance of benign and malignant tumors and differential diagnosis can be made only by the presence of metastases, a close follow-up is essential in these tumors.
