Abstract :Immunophenotyping is, by definition, to classify and subclassify the cells by using monoclonal antibodies insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Mabs); raised against cell surface antigens. These antigens may be helpful to discriminate morphologically indistinguishable cells. Immunophenotyping has been used in clinical practice for many years and it became an indispensable diagnostic aid for certain diseases.
