Abstract :Facial clefts and facial duplications are very rare congenital anomalies. We present two cases. The first is a case of maxilla and upper lip duplication with lateral cleft lip. The second case is a maxilla duplication with a Tessier No: 30 mandibular cleft. We compared and discussed our cases with rare similar anomalies found in the literature.
