Abstract :Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is a genetic disorder. It most frequently involves the skin, eyes and arteries. The neurological manifestations of pseudoxanthoma elasticum are not frequent. In this article a case of pseudoxanthoma elasticum with multiple cerebral infarcts is presented
