Abstract :Leiomyosarcomas are extremely rare in the oral cavity. So far, only five cases of primary leiomyosarcomas of the cheek have been reported. Here, we present an additional case of leiomyosarcoma of the cheek and discuss the histopathological characteristics, differential diagnosis and treatment modalities.
