Abstract :etiology of infertility, causes testicular atrophy, abnormalities in sperm morphology and function. There is no uniformly accepted etiologic theory. It is usually diagnosed by physical examination. However, there is no available practical diagnostic method with high sensitivity and specificity. In this study, the issue of varicocele in an adolescent age group, a speciality in itself, is reviewed in addition to contemporary approach to varicocele pathology, diagnosis and treatment methods.
