Abstract :Synovial hemanjiom nadir görülen benign intraartiküler bir tümördür. Genellikle çocuklarda ve genç erişkinlerde ağrı ve tekrarlayıcı eklem şişliklerine neden olur. 25 yaşında sağ diz ekleminde synovial hemanjiom bulunan hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. Magnetik rezonans insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MR); görüntülemede yumuşak doku hemanjiomlarının tipik özellikleri saptandı. Tümör lokal olarak eksize edildi. Histopatolojik tanı synovial hemanjiom olarak bildirildi.
