Abstract :Submukazal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Meissner); ve myenterik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Auerbach); nöral pleksusların konjenital aganglionozisi olan Hirschsprung hastalığında esas olarak değişik uzunluktaki rektosigmoid veya rektum segmenti etkilenir. Olguların çoğunda hastalık neonatal dönemde manifest hale gelirken, nadiren de olsa ilk olarak erişkin yaşta tanı alır. Kronik kabızlık öyküsü ve uygun radyolojik bulguları olan hastalarda erişkin Hirschsprung hastalığı tanısından şüphelenilmelidir.
