Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada Erzurum ili ile ilgili sosyal ve sektörel (Turizm, Sağlık ve Ulaştırma) alandaki mevcut eğitim ihtiyaçları tesbit edilerek bu ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri ve seçenekler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma genel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda eğitim ve sektörel alanda nitelikli, işgücüne ihtiyaç olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Bu ihtiyacın karşılanmasında Modüler eğitim, okula dayalı eğitim, İşbaşında Eğitim ve Uzaktan eğitim gibi seçenekler geliştirilmiştir. Survey method İs used in the study. The results show that qualified labour-power is required in educational and sectoral fields . in orde r to fulfill this need some alternatives are proposed and developed such as modular education, school based education, in service training and distance education.
