FARKLI LİSELERDEKİ ÖĞRENCİ, ÖĞRETMEN VE YÖNETİCİLERİN PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA VE REHBERLİK HİZMET ALANLARINDAN BEKLENTİ DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract :Bu araştırma, farklı liselerdeki öğrenci, öğretmen ve yöneticilerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik  hizmet alanlarından beklenti düzeylerini saptamak amacıyla, 2006-2007 eğitim-öğretim yılında  Erzurum il merkezinde sekiz eğitim bölgesinde yer alan okullarda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın  örneklemi, adı geçen liselerden yansız örnekleme metodu ile seçilen 99 öğretmen, 20 okul yöneticisi  ve 10. sınıfta öğrenim gören 261 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı  tarafından geliştirilen psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklentiler anketi aracılığı  ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada toplanılan veriler SPSS (10.0.1) istatistik paket programı ile  çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma verileri incelendiğinde, yöneticilerin araştırma ve değerlendirme rehberlik  hizmetlerinden beklenti düzeylerinin öğretmen ve öğrencilerden daha yüksek olduğu; öğrencilerin  öğretmenlerden beklenti düzeyleri arasında ise anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı saptanmıştır.  Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin izleme rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklenti düzeylerinin  öğretmenlerden daha fazla olduğu; yöneticilerin hem öğrencilerle hem de öğretmenlerle beklenti  düzeyleri arasında ise anlamlı  bir  faklılık  olmadığı  anlaşılmıştır.  Yine  araştırma  bulguları  yönetici  ve öğretmenlerin öğrencilerinden müşavirlik, bireyi tanıma, çevre ve aile ile ilişkiler rehberlik  hizmetlerinden beklenti düzeylerinin daha üst düzeyde olduğunu; yöneticilerle öğretmenlerin  beklenti düzeyleri arasında ise bir fark olmadığını göstermektedir. Araştırma bulguları  yöneticilerin öğretmen ve öğrencilerin oryantasyon (alıştırma), bilgi verme,  yöneltme ve yerleştirme, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmet alanlarından beklenti düzeylerinde  anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığını ortaya koymuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Liselerdeki öğrenciler, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmet alanlarından  beklenti düzeyleri This research was conducted in order to determine the levels’ expectation in different the highs  students, teachers and directors about psychological consultation and guidance services. The study  was conducted in the schools located in 8 educational district in the city centre of Erzurum  province in 2006-2007 school year. The sample groups of the study consisted of 99 teachers, 20  directors and 261 10th grade students who were selected from the mentioned schools by impartial  sampling method. The survey’s data collected by the survey of the expectations from the  psychological consultation and guidance services which was developed by researcher. The collected  data was then analysed by using a statistics program named SPSS. According to the research data, the directors’ expectation levels from the research and assessment  services are much higher than the students’ and the teachers’; but on the other side it is  determined that there isn’t a meaningful difference in student’s expectation levels  from the  teachers. At the and  of the research results, it is understood that the students’ expectation  levels from observing services are more than the teachers’ whereas there isn’t a meaningful  difference between the directors expectation levels with both the teachers and the students. And also the research result show that the teachers’ and the directors’ expectation levels from consultancy, person recognition, environment and family relationships and  guidance services are higher than the students; but there isn’t a meaningful difference between the  the directors’ expectations and the teachers’. Research results shows that there isn’t a meaningful difference in levels expectation from giving  information,  orientation and direction and placing psychological consultation and guidance  services.
