Abstract :The setting up of a Euro-Mediterranean co-operative security regime is taking place between—and overlapping with—the OSCE’s long-standing experience on the northern side of the Mediterranean basin and the attempts of the Working Groups on Arms Control and Regional Security ACRS in the multilateral track of the Middle East peace process on the southeastern side of the same area.
