Abstract :In this research, burnout levels counselors age, marital status, gender, place of birth, the task environment of the school was to examine the satisfaction of hearing and occupational seniority according to the variables. 2010-2011 academic research center in the city of Erzurum and counselors working in the districts from 147 people carried out on randomly determined. As a result of the burnout levels of psychological research with advisers in gender, marital status and place of birth is not a meaningful differentiation between the variables, age, professional seniority and job satisfaction of hearing about the school environment was found to be significant differences in the variable. These results are discussed and suggestions are needed.
