Abstract :Tourism sector develop rapidly with a natural, cultural and socio-economic infrastructure in world countries. Global world viewpoint also canalize tourism sector most effectively new seekings. Sustainability concept also in tour-ism sector has been turned out to be the fact that has to be insisted on sensitivenessly. Alternative tourism sorts began to supersede dense mass tourism. In “World Ecotourism Summit”, it has been adopted as ecotourism, “that cover worlds’ natural resources sustainability, furthermore supporting common peoples’, economic development, approach or attitude that protect. From economic, social, cultural, natural and technological angles anintensive change that live and new perfor-mance criteria that appear in present, determining strong and weak aspects of organizations, maximum benefits try to provide from opportunities. visual quality assessment that being exposed preparing sentient and systematic analysis, to use resource and abilities expediently and to be improved new strategies “SWOT Analysis” study and with vehicle, on foot and flying extensive impression has an importance. In this study, natural and cultural values of Karapınar county of Konya city from prevailing condition of ecotourism and data towards ecotouristic activities that will facilitate to fu-ture planning and implementation decisions applying to be exposed visual quality assessment and SWOT analysis eco-tourism aspect.
