Abstract :In this study aimed fitting and comparing eight mathematical models to lactation curves of Brown Swiss cattle. Models are as fallows: Model 1: , Model 2: , Model 3: , Model 4: , Model 5: , Model 6: , Model 7: , Model 8: Lactation data were standardized according to lactation order and season. The fitting the lactation curve of the models are investigated and compared. The standardized data were found to be more compatible with Model 1 and Model 2 in all control intervals than other models.
