The Effect of Foliar Potasyum Nitrate (KNO3) Applicatıions on Yield and Some Quality Characteristics of Round Seedless (Vitis Vinifera L.) Grape Cultivar

Abstract :The potassium fertilization is most important for a production of good quality in vineyard. It was understood that the po-tassium fertilization was required at a major part of vineyard insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(50%); in Aegean region, especially Alaşehir province, and that it was un consciousnessly treated from foliar. Therefore, this investigation was conducted to determine the effect of foliar potas-sium nitrate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KNO3); applications at different levels on yield and some quality traits insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pH, total soluble solids, titratable acidity, vitamin C ); of Round Seedles cultivar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Vitis vinifera L.); in Alaşehir. In experiment which was established with four replications, potassium nitrate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KNO3); was foliar applied at five different dose insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0%-0.5%-1%-1.5%-2%); in three different times insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(before flowering, Fruit set and verasion);. The foliar potassium fertiliza-tions caused to be significant effects on yield, total soluble solids and titratable acidity. The significant increases was obtained from second treatment insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1%); for fresh grapes yield depending on the KNO3 applications. It was found that potassium applica-tions affected positively on the contents of N,P,K and Cu of fruit but did negatively on the content of Mg of fruit as compared to the control treatment.
