Abstract :Although developing concept and law about using natural and cultural sources, these sources are damaged because of wrong application. In this respect, strategies are required to be developed in the direction of current planning perceptiveness for taking and applying effective decisions on using sources, no matter which scale they are. In this research, it is aimed to constitute landscape development strategies, natural and cultural sources taking to evaluate extent of sustainable landscape planning. Essentially, method is established on axis conservation and using. At city scale, after analysis and evaluation of natural and cultural landscape features, it is included to constitute landscape development strategies making planning effective for supplying sustainability. Landscape analysis results were used by evaluating in developing planning, management and obser-vation strategies. Thus, basic datas and policies that will guide to future physical planning were tried to make.
