Determination Forage Quality of Harvest Waste Empty Hazelnuts Pelleted With Different Additives

Abstract :This study was planned with the aim of determining nutrient contents and in vitro true digestibilities insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IVTD); of empty hazelnuts insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EH); pelletted with molasses, urea+molasses, corn and sepiolite. According to the 2 × 4 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3); factorial design, the experiment was established as 8 treatment groups; 1); control group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EH-C);, 2); molasses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(7%); added group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EH-M);, 3); urea insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2.5%); + molasses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(7%); added group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EH-UM);, 4); corn insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15%); added group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EH-CR);, 5); control group with sepiolite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2%); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEH-C);, 6); group added molasses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(7%); with sepiolite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2%); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEH-M);, 7); Group added sepiolite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2%); with urea insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2.5); + molasses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(7%); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEH-UM); and 8); group added sepiolite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2%); with corn insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15%); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEHCR);. The total 8 groups in the study, 4 of them were treated with sepiolite where other 4 groups were non- sepiolite treated groups. Daisy incubator D220 was used to determine the IVTDs of the feeds. The crude protein insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CP); contents of EH were 6.96-16.93%. The sepiolite addition increased the IVTD value of EH. However, the different treatments have a significant effect on the CP content of the EH pellets; but, urea and molasses addition were found to significantly increase the CP contents of EH. In the study, the highest IVTD values were found to be corn added EH groups. As conclusion, it was determined that the addition of sepiolite and corn in the pelletization of EH had a positive effect on its feed value.
