Horizontal Plate Mechanical Precision Planter Straight Some Working Parameters The Effect of Seed Distribution on Straightness

Abstract :Single seeds are required to have uniform spacing between rows and rows of seeds. In this case, the precision sowing machine of the sowing machine needs to be able to be adjusted between the desired sequence and intervals. In this study, the single plate plant with horizontal plate; the effect of machine speed and seed drop height on planting smoothness was investigated. The experiments were carried out at three different speed stages, at three different seed drop heights and at three different nominal planting distances. As a result of the experiments, it was seen that as the machine speed increased, the acceptable seed ratio decreased and the same result was obtained. When we look at the machine feed rate and the seed drop height affecting the acceptable seed range rate, we have found that the machine feed rate is more effective. In the case of three plated seedlings, as the machine feed rate increases, the result is that the void ratio increases and the twinning ratio decreases. Increase of the seed drop height, increase of the void ratio, decrease of the twinning ratio have been observed in all our experiments.
