Determination of Greenhouse Existence and Greenhouse Plant Waste Potential in The Regions Dalaman, Ortaca and Fethiye of Muğla Province

Abstract :This study is conducted by the aim of the determining the greenhouse potential and the amount of the agricultural waste that product by agricultural facilities in the greenhouses of the regions of Ortaca, Dalaman and Fethiye at Muğla province. For this purpose, 13 greenhouses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(growing tomatoes); are chosen randomly and 10 crop samples are taken from each green-house in June 2006 and dry matter amounts have been determinate. According to the results, the regions of Ortaca, Dalaman and Fethiye have 28800 da greenhouses and 6600 da of that amount is glass-greenhouse. On the other hand, it is determined that the result of agricultural growing activities have been produced about 150000 tons of agricultural wastes.
