Abstract :The aim of this study was to determine the effect of increasing levels of iron applications insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0-6-30-60 ppm); on dry matter weight, active insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Fe+2 ); and total iron and iron uptake from soil and chlorophyll contents of different bean varieties under green-house conditions. According to the results in the varieties of Göynük-98 and Şehirali-90 with the increasing iron applications insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(except 6 ppm Fe); generally dry weight decreased. With the comparing of iron doses, 6 ppm iron was found to be the most suitable dose in view of dry weight. Variance analysis showed that the difference among genotypes, iron application rates and ‘genotype x iron’ interactions in dry matter weight, total and active iron content and iron uptake from the soil were found statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p< 0.01);. In the result of analysis correlation it was between dry weight and active iron content determined that statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p< 0.01); negative correlation. The relationships between dry weight and chlorophyll a content insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = - 0.229**); and chlorophyll a+b content insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = - 0.221**); were statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p< 0.01);. But the relation with chlorophyll b content insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = - 0.226*); was statistically significant at the level of P<0.05. It was found that statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p< 0.01); positive correla-tion between active iron and total iron contents insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = 0.935**); , and again between active iron and iron uptake from the soil insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = 0.900**);.Keywords : Fasulye, klorofil miktarı, aktif demir, toplam demir
