Abstract :This study, to determine the fauna of the Sultan Mountains Stratiomyidae and to uncover its biological richness was made between 2014-2016 years. 5 subfamilies, 6 genera and 9 species belonging to the family were identified from the study area. Of these species, Odontomyia discolor Loew, 1846 was recorded in the study area for the first time. Dorsal appearance photographs and the distribution areas of the species identified from the study area were given.
