Abstract :In this research, Gold Nugget and Akko XIII loquat cultivars’s leaf samples were taken from the loquat trees in morpho-logical differentiation phase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(August);, initially of flower inflorescence insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(October);, fruitset insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(February); and the initial time of fruit maturation period insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(May);. Taken samples, carbohydrates insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(total sugar and starch);, nitrogen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(N); and carbohydrate/nitrogen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(C/N); ratio were determined. According to the results, it was determined that total sugar levels increased according to the fruit maturation period while starch and total carbohydrates decreased in this period at both of these loquat cultivars. N level and C/N ratio were found maximum in the morphological period insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(except of Akko XIII loquat cultivar, August 2000 sample);, these were decreased accord-ing to growing and developmental periods.Keywords : Yenidünya, Eriobotrya japonica Lindl, toplam şeker, nişasta, azot
