Abstract :Biodiversity and distributions of mycorrhizal spores exhibit variation in different ecosystems and depending on the kind and presence of plant communities in these ecosystems. When there is a good interaction between a plant and mycorrhizal spores, resistance against all unfavorable weather conditions, above all drought, is better in infected plants than in uninfected plants in all circumstances, especially drought. In this study, which we conducted in the Çumra Plain, where wheat is cultivated in large amounts, distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AMF); spores in Çumra, Alibey and Alemdar soil series was determined. Although presence of mycorrhizal spores varies depending on different properties of soil, it was found that the number of spores determined in the 3 series on which the study was conducted was above the optimum level that was supposed to exist in soil. The difference between the distributions of spores in the series was not found to be significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P Alibey series > Çumra series insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(132.81>113.97>109.731 number/10 g dry soil); in terms of average spore numbers. Keywords : Mikoriza, Spor, Dağılım, Çumra Ovası, Buğday
