Abstract :Urban parks are public areas which are formed for the purpose of covering recreational reeds as a result of intensive work tempo of people. Design, sense of design, sustainability of this understanding of these areas providing possibility of renewal for city people both physically and mentally have great importance due to this reason. Purpose of this study is to review sense of design of some urban parks in Ankara, to determine positive and negative aspects of these urban parks reviewed and to present suggestions under the lights of this information.
