Abstract :In this research, 203 different pesticides’ residue levels were investigated in 101 pieces of fresh grape and 10 pieces of strawberry which taken from local markets and wholesale markets in Konya City. Sample extraction was performed in Selcuk University Agricultural Faculty Laboratories in departments of both Horticulture and Crop Sciences, while LC-MS/MS and GC-MS analysis were conducted in the Organic Agricultural Products and Residue Analysis Laboratory in Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Izmir Province Control Laboratory. According to conduct-ed results, imazalil was determined at 34 μg/kg, 33 μg/kg and 47 μg/kg levels in three pieces of fresh grape samples that this value is over the limit value given insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20 μg/kg); in Turkish Food Codex. Benomyl-Carbendazim was also determined at 337 μg/kg and 433 μg/kg in two pieces of fresh grape samples insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(limit value was 300 μg/kg);. Monocrotophos was deter-mined at 1100 μg/kg in a sample of grape that this value exceeds about 55 times the limit value given insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20 μg/kg); in Turkish Food Codex. Acetamipridin pesticide residue, which is completely prohibited, was determined at 4 μg/kg, 30 μg/kg and 37 μg/kg levels in three pieces of fresh grape samples that the limit value given as 10 μg/kg in Turkish Food Codex. In the study, the pesticide residues were not detected in 38% of the total investigated grape samples, 1 type of pesticide residue was determined at 10% of examined grape samples, 2 types of pesticide residues were determined at 20% of examined grape samples, 3 types of pesticide residues were determined at 10% of examined grape samples, 4 types of pesticide residues were determined at 11% of examined grape samples, 5 types of pesticide residues were de-termined at 9% of examined grape samples, 6 and 7 types of pesticide residues were determined at 2% of examined grape samples. Chlorpyrifos pesticide residue was determined at 5 µg/kg, 11 µg/kg and 10 µg/kg in three strawberry samples. The pesticide residue was not detected in 70% of examined strawberry samples while in the remaining samples, the pesticide levels were found above the limit value and some of these samples contained completely prohibited chemi-cals.
