The Effect of Different Salt Concentrations Relative Water Content, Chlorophyll Content and Plant Growth in Pea (Pisum sativum L.)

Abstract :The effect of different salinity levels insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0, 25, 50, 100 mM NaCl); supplemented in Half Hoagland solution on root and shoot water content, stem/root growth rate, chlorophyll content, root and stem development of pea insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Pisum sativum L.); was investigated. The trial was established at Selcuk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Biotechnology Laboratory in a growth chamber in three replications. The effect of different salt levels on root length of stem, stem/root length ratio, fresh weight of the stem plant, fresh stem/root weight ratio, dry stem/root weight ratio and relative water content insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(RWC); value was statistically significant. Besides, certain significant bilateral relations have been identified between the obtained data.
