Abstract :Iron, is the fourth most available element in the world, however it is found as chemical compounds with other atoms. Fort his reason, in plants a complex system is needed for iron uptake to to use it for various duties. Fungi have devel-oped so intresting molecules that named as siderophores. in order to uptake extracellular ıron. For proper maintaining the balance with iron deficiency and toxicity a fine adjustment of systems for iron uptake and storage is needed. There are different systems for iron uptake, storage and regulation both in a funfal species and and between fungal species. Recently, siderophores have been considered very important not only for pathogenicity of fungi on plants and animals but also to maintain fungus-plant simbiotism. Keywords : Fungus, siderofor, demir
