Abstract :In this study, the area and conditions of store, environment conditions and storage systems effective in storage of nut crops was investigated. Nut crops must protect possibly their quality after harvest. Therefore, to minimize changes which affect quality storage conditions need to control. If storage is made properly nut crops can market profitably. In our country, storage which has technologic evolutions for sufficient fruit storage is absent. Therefore, to storage of fruits year round without corruption storage systems must project suitable to technology. Thus our fruits can their quality and increase their market value for a long time.
