Abstract :Mineral content of white lupin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lupinus albus L.); seeds also called ‘Termiye’ that is consumed as winter snack around Konya region after removal of bittering alkaloids by conventional methods was investigated. The results were interpreted with respect to their importance in the feeding of human and animals. Total seed mineral uptake was calculated. The total insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(cotyledons + testa); element concentrations in dry matter were; phosphorus 4797 mg kg-1, potassium 249 mg kg-1, calcium 5514 mg kg-1, magnesium 936 mg kg-1 and sodium 691 mg kg-1, boron 36 mg kg-1, copper 7 mg kg-1, iron 39 mg kg-1, manganese 1109 mg kg-1 and zinc 53 mg kg-1. Distribution of minerals in seeds showed cotyledon-testa ratios as follow: phosphorus 94%-6%, potassium 74%-26%, calcium 55%-45%, magnesium 70%-30%, sodium 77%-23%, boron 81%-19%, copper 91%-9%, iron 92%-8%, manganese 80%-20% and zinc 91%-9%, respectively. The relatively higher accumulation of manganese insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Mn); in seeds than other minerals was interesting. This was possibly due to the high content of Mn in cultivated soils coupled with the Mn-hyperaccumulator feature of the plant species which requires further investigations. Keywords : Termiye, Lüpen, Mineral madde, Mangan birikimi
