Abstract :In this research was condacted in Karaman Plain in which the effect of land consolidation on the size, number and shape of the plot, loss of area, irrigation, drainage and transportion systems were investigated. Plot size were measured in cadastral map and border losses were determined by measuring about irrigation and transportion systems were obtained from the projects document. As a result of Land Consolidation suitable plot length to width ratio was calculated as 3 for the research area and length of irrigation canals was shorted 30.6% and in investment cost was decreased by 44.6%.
