Abstract :It is necessary to come together factors of production (land, Labour, capital) for making real production in agriculture. Particularly, land is base element of production. The value also purchase and sale of land is atributive to 6 direction on the agricultural decisions. In this study the rate of capitalization interest had been calculated that had been used analytical evaluation method under dry farming conditions. Land owned by the farmers in the Konya province. Finally, the rate of capitalization interest had been found 6.1 but this rate only valid for landed property. the rate of capitalization interest has rised in the land rented and land partnership by the farmers, so farm income that is provied has been reduced. This results were dropped land values.
