Abstract :n this study, the technological characteristics of ten winter bread wheat lines and varieties selected by Bahri Dağdaş International Winter Cereals Research Center were investigated under irrigated conditions in Konya, Çumra and Afyon locations for 1993-94 grown season. As parameters hectoliter weight, thousand kernel weight, kernel hardness, sun pest damaged, flour yield, protein contents and Zeleny sedimentation value were studied. As results, locational and genotipic differences were significant at statistical level (P<0.05). Bezostaya were found the best variety in grain physical properties and in the protein content and quality, but susceptible to Sunn pest damage. The best resistant varieties to Sunn pest damage were BDME-9 and BDME-3 lines. Es- pecially BDME-9 is a soft and also had good qualitive characteristics very close to those of Bezostaya. ID13-1/MTL \\\"S\\\" line is as white and good in grain physical properties, but secondary in protein content and quality. Türkiye -13 and Pekin-8/ Sdy cultivars were secondary in all properties. The other genotypes were low qualitative properties. Keywords : EKMEKLİK BUĞDAY, TEKNOLOJİK DEĞERLER, FARKLI LOKASYON
