Abstract :The aim of this study carried out in 1990, to examine the effect of early and late sowing of wheat on occurence and population growth of Sitobion avenae (F.), Sipha (Rungsia) elegans Del Guercio and Diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov) known as common aphid species in Konya Province. By the countings done weekly in plant growth season, interactions between sowing date, population development of aphid species and distribution of their natural enemies are argued. As a result, it was determined that the population peak was higher for each of three aphid species on the wheat sown late than sown early and the activity of natural enemies was minimum. Keywords : : Ekim tarihi, ), populasyon gelişimi, doğal düşmanların dağılımı.
