Abstract :This research was conducted to determine the direct and indirect relations between grain yield, oil yield and some yield components of winter rapeseed. Six winter rapeseed varieties were used as material. It was determined the direct and indirect effects of studied traits on grain and oil yield by means of the correlations and path coefficients. The significant correlation coefficients were found between grain yield and sowing date, plant height, number of branches, number of pod, oil yield, winterkill. Just the same, the significant correlation coeficients were found between oil yled and sowing date, plant height, number of branches, number of pod, oil rate, grain yield, winterkill too. According to the path analysis, it is important the grain yield, oil rate and oil yield, related to direct effect to increase grain yield on selection studies.
