Abstract :This study was conducted in close to Karaman city for an apple trees irrigated by trickle irrigation to determine moisture distributions in soil profile for application of different irrigation levels under the condition of different emitter discharges and pressures in clay-loam textured soil conditions. The water was applied to plants in two moisture levels (depletion of 30% and 50% of available water capacity, AWC) by using two different emitter discharges (2 and 4 L/h) and pressures (0.75 and 1.0 atmospheres). The field works showed that the moisture content was higher by use of 2 L/h emitter discharge applications comparison to 4 L/h for same working pressure. The highest soil moisture content was measured in soil profile by application of 2 L/h emitter discharge in 1.0 working pressure, depletion of 30% moisture from soil available water capacity. In general, soil moisture content was not found different both in 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm soil depths. The highest soil moisture content was obtained in the depth of 0-30 cm soil for all treatments.
