Abstract :Bilimsel, teknolojik ve ekonomik gelişmeye bağlı olarak, iletişim, enformasyon ve bilişim alanında gerçekleşen hızlı değişim uluslar arasındaki sınırların önemini ortadan kaldırdı. Bu süreç dünyayı giderek küçültürken “küreselleşme” kavramını da tartışmaların odak noktasına yerleştirdi.Bugün küreselleşme olgusu hem taraftarları hem de karşıtlarının kendilerini destekleyen önermeleri ile tartışılmaya devam etmektedir. Küreselleşmenin politik boyutunu insan hakları ve liberal demokrasi oluştururken, ekonomik boyutu çok uluslu sermaye ve serbest piyasa ekonomisinin egemenliğindedir. Kültürel boyutunda ise farklı kültürel kimliklerin bir arada yaşamasını öngörür.   The rapid changes, due to the developments in science, technology, and economics, on the grounds of communication, information and acquaintance have diminished the importance of international borders.While this process has made the world smaller, the concept “globalization” has been placed in the core of arguments.Today, globalization is a current phenomenon along with the suggestions and proposals of both the supportes and opponents. As human rights and liberal democrasy constitutes the political dimension of globalization, and free market economics and multinational capital, the dimension of economics, the cultural dimension, claims at reconstruction and enliven the cultural identities by differentiation.
