Abstract :Yapılan bu araştırmayla, ilköğretim okullarının üçüncü sınıflarında okutulan Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki masal türü yazıların nitelik ve nicelik olarak yeterlilik düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Erzurum ili merkez ilçede bulunan altı ilköğretim okulu örneklem olarak seçilerek bu okullardaki öğretmen ve öğrencilere anketler uygulanmış ve alınan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.   With this research, the levels of proficiency of tale kind writing in Turkish lesson books that being taught in primary schools’ third classes had been examined as quality and quantity. With this purpose, six primary schools in Erzurum city center were chosen as sample and quastionnaries were applied to the teachers and stutends in these schools and the results were evaluated.
