Abstract :Bu incelemenin amacı, yalnızca yazılı dilleri değil, dilbilimin inceleme alanında yer almayan resim, heykel, grafik gibi görsel sanatlara ait yapıtların dilini de araştırma alanına alan “semiyotik”in özellikle resim sanatı alanındaki etkinliğini kuramsal olarak incelemektir.   This study is intended to make a theoretical evaluation of the efficiency in plastic arts of semiotics, a branch of science that deals with both the written languages and the language of the works in such visual arts as painting, sculpture and graphics which are not the subjets of linguistics.
