Abstract :Buçalışmanın amacı, yurtdışında muhasebe ve finansman konularında yapılmış olan doktora tez çalışmalarını, Türkçe'ye çevrilmiş haliyle toplu bir şekilde ilgi duyanlara sunabilmektir. Bu amaçla, 1985 'lerden başlayarak 1997'ye kadar yapılan doktora tezlerinden elde edilebilenler tarihsel bir yaklaşımla sıralanarak; tezin adı, tezi hazırlayanın soyadı-adı, tezin konusu, yapıldığı üniversite / enstitü adı ve bitirme yılı çalışmada yer almıştır. The main objective of this study is to collect Ph.D. thesis on accounting and finance by translating into Turkish, and to provide to researcher who is interested in them. Starting 1985, the thesises that is reached have been put in a historical row. Also it has been mentioned the names of the thesises, surnames and first names of the researchers, university or institute names, and finished years.
