Abstract :Ahlak kuralları da diğer kurallar gibi (hukuk, din vb.) uygulanmak için bazı yaptırımlara ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bunlardan bazıları sosyal baskı veya ödüllendirme, vicdan, doğal yaptırım ve teolojik yaptırımdır. Bu çalışmada, bir yandan bir eylemin etik yaptırım açısından anlamı sorgulanmakta, diğer yandan, Budizm ve Konfüçyanizm’in ahlak kurallarının uygulanmasını sağlamak için ne tür bir yöntem benimsedikleri araştırılmaktadır. Moral rules, like other rules in need of some sanction. There rules are called moral sanctions. Some of them are social press or reward, conscience, natural sanction and theological sanction. In this paper, an action’s meaning has examined in point of sanction. In addition to this, it was examined, also, the method of practice of ethic rules in Buddhism and Confucianism.
