Abstract :Özet: Bu çalışmada, toplumun temel kurumlarından biri olan ailenin parçalanmasınayol açan nedenler ve söz konusu kurumun bütünlüğünün bozulması halinde çocuklarınyasa müdahalesini gerektirecek davranışlara yönelmelerine ne oranda etki ettiği ve bukonuda kurumsal ve bireysel düzeyde alınabilecek önlemlerin neler olduğu belirlenmeyeçalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Parçalanmış Aile, Boşanma, Üvey Ebeveyn, Gayrimeşru Çocuk,Çalışan Kadın, Çocuk Suçluluğu. Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors resulting from the dissolution of thefamily structure, one of the basic constituents of society, and to what extent it influenceschildren to adopt attitudes requiring legal intervention in the event of the destruction of theintegrity of the said establishment. This study also aims to examine preventative measuresthat could be taken regarding this issue at the institutional and individual levels.Key Words: Fragmentary Family, Divorce, Foster Parents, İllegitimate Child, WorkingWoman, Juvenile Delinquency.
